Terms for using the free Movaro app and optional paid features.
Movaro is a free desktop application with optional paid features. By downloading, purchasing, or using Movaro, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Using Movaro
You may use Movaro to create and export projects from footage, activity data, and other material you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for your source files, project backups, exported media, and compliance with third-party rights and platform rules.
Movaro is a local-first editor, but downloads, updates, license activation and validation, checkout, subscription management, and optional Strava connections require network services. Features may vary by operating system, hardware, source media, and plan.
Free and paid features
The Free plan provides the features identified in the app. Creator and Studio subscriptions unlock the entitlements shown at purchase. A Founder purchase is a one-time, non-renewing lifetime license for the Founder entitlements shown at checkout. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and the exact plan selected are displayed before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal or payment provider.
A license is personal to the purchaser and may be activated only on the number of devices allowed by the selected plan. You must not share, resell, bypass, or interfere with licensing or entitlement controls.
30-day money-back guarantee
If a direct Movaro purchase is not right for you, contact support@getmovaro.com within 30 days of the initial purchase and include the order email. We will process eligible guarantee requests through the payment provider. The guarantee is additional to any mandatory cancellation, refund, or conformity rights available under applicable law.
Updates, availability, and responsibility
We may improve, change, or discontinue features, provided that paid access and mandatory consumer rights are handled in accordance with applicable law. Preview or beta builds, including a build expressly labelled Windows beta, may contain defects and should be tested before production use.
To the extent permitted by law, Movaro is provided without a promise that every camera file, GPS track, codec, device, or third-party service will work without interruption. Keep original footage and project backups. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or changes outside our control.
